throughout the Caribbean. The church will
have a high shingle roof, solid shutters, and

St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church,
renovated in 1995 after hurricane Luis, watches over
the center of town. The building has large shutters to
let in ample light and air. The high bell tower forms a

The Upper Princess Quarter Community
Center serves many purposes. The building
is used for meetings, gatherings, fund-raisers,
and as a haven during storms. The high
